mediterranean rooftop mezzes

This party was also serving as our last party in this apartment before moving, so we wanted to make use of the very cool views and beautiful sunlight on the rooftop patio of our building - its best feature. I made recipes and friends brought dishes of their own that we spread about the table. The tablecloth was a roll of paper painted with motifs I designed from our invitation - olives, sun rays, oysters, figs, and more. I hung around dried bunches of herbs, and created "ceramic pots" out of cardboard, also painted with designs.
